Fiscal year-end, built into every report
Set any fiscal year-end in Company Profile — March 31, June 15, whatever your business runs on. Income statements, balance sheets, cash flow, journals, and the dashboard follow your fiscal calendar automatically, with "same period last year" and "previous year-end" comparisons lined up to match. At year-end, this year's profit rolls into retained earnings on its own.
DeveloperFiscal year-end and four new report endpoints
Fiscal year-end is now part of the company settings API. New endpoints extend the financial reporting API with an AP ageing summary, control-account exceptions (with a review action per journal version), a paginated source posting audit (with preview and repair), and a books-health summary. Report queries left without an explicit date range now default to the company's fiscal quarter instead of the calendar quarter.

Stronger historical reporting and audit history
Historical reports now preserve a clearer point-in-time view of your books. Voids, cancellations, and deleted payments post reversals on the date they occur, keeping earlier reporting periods intact. Posted documents remain protected, with corrections handled through credit notes and adjusting journals.

Automatic receivables and payables checks
A new dashboard health indicator automatically checks your receivables and payables against open invoices and bills. If something's off, you see exactly which entry — and where a posting is missing, you can review and post it in one step.
- Product
AP ageing and richer financial reports
AP ageing is now available alongside expanded financial reporting. Balance sheets add headline metrics, current-asset subtotals, asset percentages, a year-over-year comparison, and presentation-ready PDF output. Cash flow reports now include opening and closing cash balances for each period, and journals support save-and-post in one step.
- Product
Multi-currency credit note refunds
Credit note refunds can now be issued in any currency, with exchange gains and losses booked automatically.
- Product
Payment terms now drive invoice and bill due dates
Due dates on invoices and bills now follow each customer's or vendor's payment terms automatically, instead of a fixed default.
- Product
Document status transitions with ledger effects
Status labels stay yours to name, in any language. Each transition can post, void, record a payment, or leave the journal untouched, so a custom workflow still books correctly. Invalid moves now list the statuses that are allowed next.

Journal version history
GET returns the current journal plus version history. Pass version to load one earlier version. Posted history stays readable; drafts can still be updated or deleted.
