What counts as one Op

Each successful write request counts as one Op: creating, updating or deleting a record. A request counts once however many lines or transactions it contains. Reads, reports, failed requests and sandbox exploration are free.

  • Create or save an invoice, payment or journal1 Op
  • Update, void or delete a record1 Op
  • Reconciliation match request1 Op
  • Bank import request (any number of transactions)1 Op
  • Reports, reads, list callsFree
  • Failed or rejected requestsFree

Example: creating 8 invoices and recording 8 payments, each as its own request, is 16 Ops. Saving a draft and issuing it later counts as two requests.
